  • Experience building for large enterprises (Fortune 500 scale), shipping unblocking features
  • Platform thinking, understanding internal adoption challenges
  • Strong coaching and team leadership skills, developing PMs and setting goals
  • Data-informed decision making, baseline metrics, hypothesis validation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable style
  • Comfortable influencing without authority, building trust, driving alignment

Tasks

  • Set and evolve product strategy for Business Acceleration Tech Area
  • Connect strategies across Console, Identity, Monetization, and Business Acceleration tracks
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers
  • Set clear goals and build product skills for the team
  • Create an environment for PMs to excel
  • Design and optimize organizational structure and workflows
  • Ensure teams have clear ownership and feedback loops
  • Deliver measurable impact across teams
  • Act as a domain expert on enterprise billing, identity, and access management
  • Make decisions on complex, cross-cutting topics
  • Structure and drive ambiguous decisions
  • Define options, trade-offs, and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Communicate strategy clearly to diverse audiences
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for large organization onboarding
  • Manage team configurations and access for large organizations
  • Scale DeepL usage across thousands of users
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand enterprise needs
  • Build features to win competitive deals and reduce churn
  • Develop and maintain scalable measurement tools
  • Track progress and communicate it to leadership and the board
  • Define and drive platform strategy for new DeepL products
  • Integrate account, team management, and billing capabilities
  • Collaborate with PMs and Track Directors
  • Identify reusable patterns and drive platform adoption
