- •Several years of experience in supplier management, category management, or procurement
- •Strong understanding of raw materials, supplier landscapes, and value chains in Home & Personal Care
- •Proven experience in strategic negotiations and contract management
- •Ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially in a complex, international environment
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Structured, analytical and results-driven working style
- •Fluent English required; German is an advantage
- •Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks
- •Align growth expectations and strategies with suppliers and local teams
- •Track and evaluate supplier performance and prepare regular reports
- •Develop growth and improvement plans with suppliers
- •Manage pricing structures and logistics setups
- •Coordinate campaign activities and communication channels
- •Facilitate collaboration between commercial, technical, and marketing teams
- •Organize and execute trainings, webinars, and product promotions
- •Coordinate technical and logistical processes, including MOQs and lead times
- •Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns and PR activities
- •Participate in local and international trade fairs and exhibitions
- •Ensure compliant negotiation and administration of distribution agreements
