Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration or law degree
  • •Experience in international industrial liability insurance
  • •Experience in multi‑layered liability programs
  • •Knowledge in negotiating insurance terms
  • •Initial leadership experience and ERM knowledge
  • •Strong initiative, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • •Very good MS Office 365 knowledge
  • •Excellent German and English skills

  • •Lead the international liability and financial lines insurance team
  • •Identify and document global liability risks
  • •Transfer risks to the insurance market effectively
  • •Lead annual renewal negotiations with stakeholders
  • •Organize the annual MAHLE Insurance Day event
  • •Advise business units on preventing liability risks
  • •Support contract reviews for various departments
  • •Manage and process insurance claims
  • •Conduct insurance due diligence for M&A projects
  • •Prepare insurance budgets and premium allocations
  • •Manage internal recharging processes within the group
  • •Steer and coordinate international broker networks
  • •Oversee technical aspects of product and recall liability
