- Hands-on experience in safety function
- Mastery of PV data processing and reporting
- Advanced strategic and analytical thinking
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills
Tasks
- Lead the global PVIS sub-function
- Own technologies enabling global PV and safety compliance
- Evaluate and implement critical business systems
- Sustain systems throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage a global team across three sites
- Assess internal needs and the external landscape
- Maintain a validated and compliant systems portfolio
- Drive business effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure robust infrastructure for ICSR exchange
- Provide data for compliance oversight
- Identify opportunities for process automation and AI
- Collaborate with IT and safety communities
- Offer expert guidance on safety systems and reporting
- Represent the company to health authorities and industry associations
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Inspire and empower a senior global team
- Contribute to the overarching strategic direction of PDS
