Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years professional experience in process automation technologies, preferably pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems
  • Familiarity with global manufacturing standards and compliance (e.g. ISO)
  • Advantageous experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT, AI, machine learning)
  • Strong ability to work independently, task ownership, team support and motivation in international projects
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
