Requirements
- •University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in Ground Segment system design and architecture for satellite communication systems
- •Proven experience in defining and managing system requirements, use cases, and technical interfaces
- •Good understanding of satellite communications, including RF resource management, payload operation
- •Proven experience in Model-based Systems Engineering methodologies and tools
- •Practical experience with ARCADIA methodology and Capella tool
- •Experience in the design and implementation of complex Ground Segment architectures, including network control, RF systems, and user terminal interfaces
- •Familiarity with SDN, network routing (e.g., MPLS, OSPF), and integration with OSS/BSS systems
- •Knowledge of RF standards (e.g., DVB-S2X, beam hopping) and dynamic resource allocation concepts
- •Familiarity with systems engineering processes, methods, tools and standards
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform trade-off analysis and feasibility assessments
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of technical challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
