Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Fluent English with clear communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail skills
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly

  • Understand, document, and improve workflows
  • Structured problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Basic knowledge of databases or coding
  • Interest or exposure to project or risk management

Tasks

  • Collect governance, risk, and project performance data
  • Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems
  • Report data to project teams and senior leaders
  • Build intelligent dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for risk tracking
  • Review existing risk and governance processes
  • Document workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Brainstorm improvements for standardized digital solutions
  • Improve and maintain governance artifacts
  • Update governance templates and training materials
  • Maintain the SharePoint website aligned with procedures
  • Participate in GRO initiatives and reviews
  • Contribute to workshops and continuous improvement efforts
  • Simplify risk management processes
  • Create value from opportunity identification
  • Support project closeout activities

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • English – Business Fluent
