Requirements

- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Enthusiasm for design process and science
- Flexibility in teamwork and tracking deadlines
- Proactive, self-starter, good work ethic
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Confident professional attitude
- Illustration or motion graphic skills
- Knowledge of other European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Tasks
- Create graphics and design layouts for flyers
- Create graphics and design layouts for posters
- Create graphics and design layouts for the EMBL website
- Create graphics and design layouts for social media accounts
- Create marketing materials for EMBL courses
- Create marketing materials for EMBL conferences
- Collaborate with Communications team members for news visuals
- Develop templates for EMBL scientists in Microsoft Suite
- Develop templates for EMBL scientists in Google Suite
- Produce high-standard designs for EMBL Communications Department staff
- Produce high-standard designs for colleagues across the organization

- Currently in higher educationOR
