Requirements
- 2+ years relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, GTM Engineering, or similar B2B SaaS role
- End-to-end automation workflow building from scratch
- AI-native mindset with LLM usage, prompting, chaining, and deployment
- Strong HubSpot CRM experience, understanding data models and pipelines
- Commercial intuition regarding sales and CS team needs and adoption
- Structured problem-solving with system design and documentation
- Fluent English
- German language skills (strong plus)
Tasks
- Design and build automation infrastructure
- Lead sourcing and scoring
- Build automated lead identification systems
- Enrich and prioritize leads
- Partner with Marketing for campaign automation
- Design smarter inbound and outbound sequences
- Integrate signals into HubSpot
- Surface conversion insights
- Build CRM automation flows
- Update deal information continuously
- Automate deal review preparation
- Analyze deal reviews
- Develop AI-powered seller support tools
- Support AEs with follow-up emails
- Prepare AEs for calls
- Handle objections
- Automate playbook development
- Process call transcripts
- Extract winning patterns
- Collaborate with Head of CS
- Identify and automate CS tasks
