- Develop global B2B playbooks and toolboxes
- Drive go-to-market excellence across all markets
- Create scalable B2B sales frameworks with brand consistency
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of tools to markets
- Leverage market feedback and KPIs for continuous improvement
- Enhance Sales Fundamentals across pricing, promotion, and merchandising
- Align D2C and B2B activities for a holistic omnichannel strategy
- Strengthen collaboration and a one-team mindset in B2B sales
- Lead cross-functional SGM and GTM initiatives
- Translate strategy into market-ready execution
- Identify best practices and foster creativity
- Elevate storytelling and executional excellence
- Provide insights and recommendations to the GTM Director
