- Execute Germany’s B2B expansion roadmap
- Review prospect customers with the General Manager
- Manage end-to-end commercial readiness for new customers
- Lead the Channel Activity Masterplan across B2B channels
- Translate portfolio priorities into specific sales targets
- Track performance and proactively close execution gaps
- Optimize assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising
- Act as the primary internal contact for Germany
- Manage daily B2B performance against defined goals
- Identify and scale best practices across markets
