Description

Design of learning modules and talent programs for commercial vehicle manufacturing at a firm with 30,000+ employees. Master’s degree in Psychology or Business and 3 months international experience required. 15-month program duration, 20 days annual EU-wide remote work option.

Requirements

• •Master's, Diploma in Psychology, Business, Pedagogics, or comparable
• •Focus on HR, L&D, AI, or comparable
• •Practical experience through internships or working student activities
• •Intercultural competence through 3 months experience abroad
• •Independent, creative, and committed working style
• •Teamwork skills, motivation, and willingness to learn
• •Enthusiasm for commercial vehicle industry trends
• •Fluent German and English language skills
