- •Develop and execute the global HR strategy
- •Partner with the EVP on all divisional people matters
- •Implement hiring, structure, and coaching strategies
- •Provide strategic leadership to the Senior Leadership Team
- •Lead organizational design and workforce optimization
- •Manage succession planning and development opportunities
- •Oversee change management strategies and resources
- •Foster company culture and the Puig values
- •Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- •Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance
- •Optimize bi-annual performance review processes
- •Mentor department leads and business units
- •Collaborate with talent acquisition to retain top talent
- •Represent Travel Retail in corporate HR meetings
- •Lead global HR projects and initiatives
