  • Own and communicate the global Talent Acquisition dashboard
  • Oversee HRMS from a talent perspective
  • Oversee LMS from a talent perspective
  • Lead preparation for Talent Marketplace solution
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Understand capability needs with P&O Business Partners
  • Understand capability needs with business leaders
  • Balance global alignment with local execution
