Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Operations
- Strong SAP experience (APO, SCM DP/SP or similar)
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel and Power BI
- Proven inventory management and network optimization experience
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of demand, supply, and transportation planning
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- APICS certification is a plus
Tasks
- Translate business strategy into actionable supply plans
- Ensure product availability across worldwide distribution network
- Balance service, cost-to-serve, and inventory objectives
- Collaborate with regional teams and global stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end supply plan
- Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks
- Drive alignment across multiple regions
- Build and manage global supply plan for assigned products
- Maximize service levels and optimize working capital
- Translate business and inventory needs into supply requirements
- Partner with regional planning teams to manage shortages
- Set multi-echelon inventory targets
- Support fair-share allocation strategies
- Adjust purchase orders for accurate supply visibility
- Track shipments for timely, compliant movement
- Propose and manage allocations in shortage scenarios
- Expedite supply orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate planning master data
- Collaborate with plant on capacity and long-term planning
- Support product changes and new product launches
- Lead monthly plant supply consensus meetings
- Contribute to Long-Term Planning (LTP)
- Collect and analyze data for global allocation decisions
- Execute allocation plans and communicate supply responses
- Lead S&OE meetings with plant and regions
- Validate weekly volume changes
- Highlight major variances
- Provide inventory projections based on global demand
- Achieve global KPIs including backorders, line fill, and inventory levels
- Support product launches from supply chain perspective
- Manage stock build and shelf-life
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-efficiency
- Coordinate with regional supply chain teams
- Optimize distribution network with warehouses and transportation
