- Use sophisticated analytics and AI in supply chain
- Continuously improve supplier quality in the IMS
- Plan and conduct global supplier audits
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Initiate and lead the SQM community
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned
- Drive SQM competency management and training
- Contribute to the company's sustainability strategy
- Implement standardized supplier qualification processes
- Collaborate with procurement on quality assurance agreements
- Support talent recruitment through cultural appreciation
- Assist in supplier qualification for projects
