- Develop TCO/ROI analyses to prioritize initiatives
- Identify and mitigate transformation risks early
- Advise on new digital business models and simplification levers
- Enable cross-functional alignment for organizational change readiness
- Create and disseminate cross-industry thought leadership
- Cultivate an internal community to share best practices
