Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
  • At least 10 years experience in international B2B sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership roles (ideally chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environment)
  • Proven experience managing global strategic accounts and developing long-term partnerships
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with pragmatic, results-oriented approach
  • Internationally minded, mobile, and willing to travel up to 30%
  • Fluent English proficiency (essential)
  • French or Dutch proficiency (plus)
