Description

Design of global KPI frameworks and SLA governance for Finance Operations at sanitary technology manufacturer with 26 production plants. Proven experience in business case calculation and end-to-end finance process optimization required. Standardized dashboard implementation, 50% remote work option.

• •Experience in Finance Operations or similar
• •Understanding of end-to-end Finance processes
• •Experience with KPI frameworks and SLAs
• •Experience in business case calculation
• •Experience steering projects in international environments
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations
• •Excellent communication and change-management skills
• •Fluent English, German is an advantage
• •Experience with performance dashboards or reporting

Tasks

• •Define a global service quality governance framework
• •Develop performance governance for Finance Operations and SSCs
• •Design and own a global KPI and SLA framework
• •Implement productivity, quality, and timeliness metrics
• •Establish standardized global performance dashboards
• •Create performance reports for Finance Operations and SSCs
• •Ensure end-to-end performance transparency
• •Enable fact-based performance reviews and decision-making
• •Identify improvement and efficiency potentials using benchmarks
• •Track implementation of KPI-based improvement measures
• •Steer Finance Operations and SSC-related projects
• •Monitor transformations, roll-ins, and scope extensions
• •Support business case development for SSC roll-ins
• •Track efficiency and productivity programs
• •Act as a sparring partner for Global Process Owners
• •Advise Finance Operations leadership on performance
