Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Strategy, or related areas
  • Exposure to industrial, electromechanical, device, or interconnect markets
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn product technology
  • Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
  • Fluency in German and English

Work Experience

2 - 6 years

Tasks

  • Support development of the global product and technology roadmap
  • Conduct research to identify new applications and emerging requirements
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to guide product enhancements
  • Contribute to end-to-end lifecycle management of products
  • Perform portfolio assessments and SKU optimization
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives and product rationalization
  • Monitor product performance metrics including revenue and margin
  • Develop compelling business cases for new product introductions
  • Support global NPI programs through requirements gathering and launch planning
  • Coordinate with Regional PMs and Sales on commercialization activities
  • Create training materials and collateral for product launches
  • Support global pricing strategy and margin-improvement initiatives
  • Engage with customers and distributors to provide product expertise
  • Identify unmet requirements and collect customer feedback
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure product quality
