Global Product Manager Static Seals(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will take charge of the global product strategy for O-rings and molded parts, driving innovation and collaboration across teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading product development, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Requirements

• •Degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or business with strong technical orientation
• •5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in elastomeric components, sealing systems, or industrial B2B markets
• •Solid technical understanding of static sealing applications and materials
• •Proven track record in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing
• •Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and communication skills
• •Fluency in local language and English; additional languages are a plus

Tasks

• •Own the global product strategy for O-rings and molded parts
• •Lead assortment development and introduce new products
• •Phase out underperforming SKUs
• •Anticipate future market needs
• •Define value propositions and pricing logic
• •Conduct market research and analysis for competitive positioning
• •Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Channel Managers
• •Represent the product line in customer meetings
• •Support sales teams with training and technical expertise
• •Collaborate with suppliers to ensure supply reliability
• •Develop new manufacturing partnerships
• •Optimize product content and article data for online channels
• •Implement publication strategies for online growth
