Description

Harmonizing global accounting standards and closing workflows for a sanitary technology manufacturer with 26 production plants. Deep SAP S/4HANA FI/CO process expertise and IFRS knowledge required. International travel up to 20%, 30 days vacation.

Requirements

• •Degree in relevant business field
• •Strong experience in R2R-related areas
• •Experience in Accounting, R2R, Reporting, or Audit
• •Process expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO)
• •Understanding of IFRS or Local GAAP
• •Ability to harmonise complex accounting processes
• •Experience in SSC/GBS environments
• •Experience in global transformation projects
• •Strong influencing skills
• •Excellent communication and change-management skills
• •Fluent English
• •German language skills (advantageous)
• •Experience with Signavio or similar (plus)

Tasks

• •Govern global end-to-end R2R processes
• •Analyze and document R2R processes
• •Map closing, accounting, and reporting workflows
• •Design and harmonize global accounting standards
• •Standardize journal entries and valuation methods
• •Define chart of accounts logic
• •Establish global reconciliation standards
• •Reduce local process variants
• •Enable automation and quality improvements
• •Define and monitor global R2R KPIs
• •Drive performance and reconciliation quality
• •Support digitalization and tool deployments
• •Implement closing and reconciliation solutions
• •Train legal entities and SSC teams
• •Develop R2R guidelines and documentation
• •Lead a global Community of Practice
