Requirements

• •Degree in relevant business field
• •Strong experience in O2C-related areas
• •Years of experience in O2C, AR, Credit & Collections or Customer Finance
• •Process expertise in SAP S/4HANA
• •Ability to harmonise complex end-to-end processes
• •Experience in SSC/GBS environments
• •Influencing skills in international matrix organizations
• •Excellent communication and change-management skills
• •Fluent English
• •German language skills as an advantage
• •Experience with Signavio or similar modelling tools

• •Define and govern global end-to-end O2C processes
• •Analyze and map billing and credit processes
• •Document collections and cash application workflows
• •Manage dispute process documentation
• •Design harmonized global workflow standards
• •Standardize payment terms and credit rules
• •Harmonize dunning and escalation logic
• •Reduce local process variants
• •Enable automation and SSC scalability
• •Define global KPIs for O2C performance
• •Drive improvements in DSO and overdue ratios
• •Monitor dispute cycle times and auto-matching rates
• •Support digitalization and IT tool deployments
• •Train legal entities and SSC staff
• •Develop process guidelines and O2C communities
