Requirements
- University degree in communications, public affairs, life sciences, or related field
- Solid experience in patient advocacy, corporate affairs, or stakeholder engagement in healthcare/pharmaceutical environment
- Proven experience with patient organizations and understanding of advocacy landscape
- Ability to operate in international, cross-functional environments and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Ability to translate patient insights into meaningful initiatives and communication approaches
- Experience in rare diseases is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Shape global patient advocacy approach
- Develop global patient advocacy strategy
- Integrate patient perspectives into corporate narrative
- Build relationships with patient advocacy organizations
- Represent company in advocacy forums
- Partner with affiliates for advocacy collaborations
- Facilitate best practice sharing across regions
- Contribute to advocacy initiatives and campaigns
- Support internal awareness with patient insights
