- •Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- •Minimum 4 years in packaging compliance or related fields
- •Two years of international or intercultural work experience
- •Understanding of regulatory and sustainability frameworks
- •Knowledge of packaging technologies and Dangerous Goods compliance
- •Experience in global matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
- •Detail-oriented approach to prevent errors
- •Fluency in English

- •Monitor global and local packaging legislation
- •Translate regulations into technical specifications

- •Validate new and recycled packaging materials
- •Implement harmonized labeling and digital passports
- •Oversee conformity assessments and documentation
- •Lead cross-functional compliance workstreams
- •Deliver specialized packaging compliance training
- •Monitor performance through KPIs and audits
