Global OPEX Manager(m/w/x)
Global OPEX initiatives and TPM implementation for automotive manufacturing sites. Several years of experience in Lean/TPM consulting required. Flexible work hours, working time account.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent technical background, or completed technical vocational training with further qualification
- Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean/TPM consulting, or continuous improvement roles within manufacturing operations
- Proven experience in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
- Experience in implementation and training of common lean tools (5s, kanban, milk run, leveling etc.)
- Strong background in TPM tools, loss analysis, autonomous and professional maintenance, predictive maintenance and performance improvement
- Six Sigma black belt certification (plus)
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- Solid experience in Change Management, including leading cross-functional teams through transformation processes
- Excellent analytical skills combined with hands-on mentality
- Fluent English and German
Tasks
- Lead and execute global OPEX initiatives
- Implement TPM methodologies
- Support manufacturing sites in standardizing best practices
- Conduct OPEX assessments
- Facilitate OPEX workshops
- Provide OPEX coaching
- Train all hierarchy levels from shopfloor to executive leadership
- Act as a change ambassador
- Ensure long-term adoption of OPEX methodologies
- Drive cultural transformation
- Analyze production performance
- Identify improvement levers
- Ensure measurable results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
- Manage international projects
- Coordinate travel to global sites (CZ, RO, CN, MX, US)
