  • Strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Fluent English skills

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain global process engineering framework
  • Provide technical sign-off for global projects
  • Ensure optimal process design and compliance
  • Implement advanced and automated production processes
  • Align processes with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations and Innovation teams
  • Support new product introductions
  • Ensure process and technology readiness
  • Develop standardized process engineering best practices
  • Deploy best practices across all regions
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Enhance productivity through initiatives
  • Build global process engineering capabilities
  • Manage knowledge sharing and training
