Requirements
- •Medical Doctor or advanced degree in Life Sciences, with preference for fellowship training in Heart Failure, Nephrology, or Neurology
- •Extensive experience in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, or Evidence Generation within a global healthcare organization
- •Deep understanding of cardiometabolic diseases and therapeutic areas, along with knowledge of the drug development process
- •Holistic understanding of business, financial domains, and medical and evidence functions
- •Senior stakeholder management and ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships
- •Agility in learning and adapting to changes in product indications
- •Strong internal sense of accountability and commitment to personal and professional growth
- •Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication skills

- •Spearhead the creation of integrated medical affairs strategies
- •Provide insightful market analysis and stakeholder perspectives
- •Represent a consolidated GM&E viewpoint for strategic decision-making
- •Guide global medical affairs and evidence generation initiatives
- •Define and optimize asset differentiation and positioning
- •Direct subteams within the Product Team to drive mission success
- •Liaise with the Chief Medical Office for country-specific insights
- •Ensure alignment in local medical affairs strategies
- •Foster seamless communication across the Product Team
- •Promote a solution-oriented mindset among stakeholders
- •Transform business challenges into evidence-backed strategies
- •Contribute to interpreting findings from Clinical Development studies
- •Develop integrated evidence plans addressing key medical topics
- •Plan and manage medical education and scientific symposia
- •Cultivate strategic relationships with thought leaders
