Requirements

  • •Medical Doctor or advanced degree in Life Sciences, with preference for fellowship training in Heart Failure, Nephrology, or Neurology
  • •Extensive experience in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, or Evidence Generation within a global healthcare organization
  • •Deep understanding of cardiometabolic diseases and therapeutic areas, along with knowledge of the drug development process
  • •Holistic understanding of business, financial domains, and medical and evidence functions
  • •Senior stakeholder management and ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships
  • •Agility in learning and adapting to changes in product indications
  • •Strong internal sense of accountability and commitment to personal and professional growth
  • •Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Spearhead the creation of integrated medical affairs strategies
  • •Provide insightful market analysis and stakeholder perspectives
  • •Represent a consolidated GM&E viewpoint for strategic decision-making
  • •Guide global medical affairs and evidence generation initiatives
  • •Define and optimize asset differentiation and positioning
  • •Direct subteams within the Product Team to drive mission success
  • •Liaise with the Chief Medical Office for country-specific insights
  • •Ensure alignment in local medical affairs strategies
  • •Foster seamless communication across the Product Team
  • •Promote a solution-oriented mindset among stakeholders
  • •Transform business challenges into evidence-backed strategies
  • •Contribute to interpreting findings from Clinical Development studies
  • •Develop integrated evidence plans addressing key medical topics
  • •Plan and manage medical education and scientific symposia
  • •Cultivate strategic relationships with thought leaders
