- •Advanced degree in a relevant field
- •7–8 years experience in poverty alleviation
- •Knowledge of inclusive livelihood approaches
- •Experience with project cycle management
- •Experience in Disability-Inclusive Development (advantageous)
- •Understanding of global livelihood actors
- •International networking and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Results-driven mindset and senior-level engagement
- •Proficiency in MS Office 365
- •Exposure to digital tools (advantageous)
- •Fluency in English and French
- •Identification with Christian values

Tasks
- •Develop high-quality disability-inclusive livelihood projects
- •Strengthen the organization's livelihood initiatives
- •Draft proposals for LCDF funding opportunities
- •Lead project kick-offs, monitoring, and evaluations
- •Conduct field and monitoring visits
- •Provide technical support to country offices
- •Perform specialized livelihood assessments upon request
- •Translate research and trends into practice
- •Drive innovation through policy analysis
- •Facilitate partner capacity development and learning
- •Manage livelihood communities of practice
- •Maintain a global network of experts
- •Coordinate internal and external livelihood communications
