In this role, you will be at the forefront of data privacy and regulatory affairs, providing expert legal guidance while managing compliance frameworks and integrity processes. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance compliance and drive a culture of integrity within the organization.

Requirements

• •Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience
• •Deep expertise in regulatory risk & compliance program management
• •Strong leadership capabilities
• •Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• •Extensive experience in developing compliance frameworks
• •Proficient in managing external legal counsel
• •High integrity and capacity for pragmatic decision-making
• •Fluency in English with additional languages as an asset

Tasks

• •Act as a subject matter expert on integrity risk areas
• •Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments
• •Manage external counsel and support regulatory investigations
• •Own and manage the Anti-Bribery & Corruption framework
• •Oversee policies related to conflicts of interest and gifts
• •Lead training and communications on compliance matters
• •Monitor regulatory trends and enforcement actions
• •Develop and improve compliance policies and procedures
• •Collaborate with Finance and Internal Audit on compliance controls
• •Champion technology to enhance monitoring and efficiency
• •Coordinate integrity-related ESG reporting
• •Act as Data Protection Officer for ABB Robotics
• •Oversee the global data privacy portfolio and related documentation
