• •Define and implement a robust governance framework
• •Ensure adherence to established standards
• •Maintain control over end-to-end processes
• •Lead and motivate a diverse team of experts
• •Ensure effective Underwriting governance and risk management
• •Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• •Implement robust Underwriting risk management practices
• •Develop and implement underwriting policies and guidelines
• •Continuously review and update policies based on regulations
• •Represent and support CUO in Underwriting governance tasks
• •Enable integration of MidCorp and LargeCorp Governance
• •Optimize portfolio performance and enhance process efficiency
• •Provide leadership in developing Underwriting policies and strategies
• •Lead the Underwriting Academy to deliver relevant trainings
