Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or related field
- More than 10 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
- More than 8 years extensive leadership experience
- Managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational interfaces
- Direct and indirect leadership responsibilities
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical quality management
- Experience in GMP/GDP-regulated environments
- Experience with complaints, recalls, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Interpreting quality metrics
- Making data-driven decisions
- Translating risks into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to moderate cross-functional escalations
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Tasks
- Ensure efficient quality-related process management
- Oversee end-to-end handling of market complaints, claims, and recalls
- Act as central escalation point for quality issues
- Foster strong organizational relationships
- Promote innovative problem-solving
- Lead Product Operations function
- Manage Science Specialists and Senior Science Specialists
- Support Product Strategy and Deployment teams
- Collaborate with Enabling Functions and Affiliates
- Develop Product Operations organization
- Allocate tasks and plan budgets
- Initiate operational excellence projects
- Ensure timely resolution of market complaints and claims
- Minimize business impact of complaints and recalls
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage team of 50 science specialists
- Ensure effective resource allocation
- Align team priorities with stakeholders
- Develop team capabilities
- Conduct risk assessments
- Implement proactive mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards
- Build relationships with internal and external partners
- Support sustainable quality operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and implement new methodologies
- Optimize quality processes with digital tools
