Tasks
- Lead and develop a global cross-functional team
- Allocate resources and plan budgets
- Serve as the final escalation point for partner-related matters
- Design and implement the global oversight framework
- Continuously improve governance structures and digital tools
- Monitor partner and CMO performance through KPIs
- Identify risks early and implement corrective measures
- Lead governance, QRM, and BRM meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional assessments across departments
- Negotiate contracts with external partners
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards
- Build long-term strategic relationships with partners
- Drive operational efficiency and collaboration quality
- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and partners
- Prepare strategic decision-making materials for leadership
