- Collaborate with local EHS managers
- Ensure consistent regulatory compliance group-wide
- Analyze aggregated data to identify trends
- Identify improvement opportunities and best practices
- Lead group-wide EHS training programs
- Standardize safety knowledge and practices
- Investigate major incidents and root causes
- Implement effective corrective actions
- Represent the company to authorities and stakeholders
- Benchmark and integrate emerging safety technologies
- Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Manage waste and carbon footprint reduction
- Provide standards for occupational and process safety
- Maintain the integrated management system
- Support local policy and facility development
- Align production growth with EHS performance
- Advise sites on legislative and regulatory changes
