Requirements
- •Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, health and safety management, or comparable field
- •Several years of professional experience in EHS management, ideally in international organization
- •In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards
- •Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating and interpreting data
- •Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- •German language skills as an advantage
- •Ability to coordinate and motivate teams across multiple locations
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- •Proven track record of successfully implementing and promoting cultural change in EHS practices
- •Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of technologies for HSE management
- •Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist) as an advantage
- •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- •Hands-on mentality
- •Willingness to travel within the group of companies

- •Develop global EHS strategies and goals
- •Communicate guidelines across all international locations
- •Collaborate with local EHS managers
- •Ensure consistent regulatory compliance group-wide
- •Analyze aggregated data to identify trends
- •Identify improvement opportunities and best practices
- •Lead group-wide EHS training programs
- •Standardize safety knowledge and practices
- •Investigate major incidents and root causes
- •Implement effective corrective actions
- •Represent the company to authorities and stakeholders
- •Benchmark and integrate emerging safety technologies
- •Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives
- •Manage waste and carbon footprint reduction
- •Provide standards for occupational and process safety
- •Maintain the integrated management system
- •Support local policy and facility development
- •Align production growth with EHS performance
- •Advise sites on legislative and regulatory changes
