  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in production or EHS management
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and standards
  • Expertise in Risk Analysis and Risk Management methods
  • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa)
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Didactic train-the-trainer knowledge
  • Process knowledge
  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Track emission reduction efforts
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Identify potential risks

  • Implement continuous improvement processes
  • Collect and analyze EHS data
  • Report on EHS trends and improvements
  • Report global incidents and near misses
