Requirements
- Master’s degree in law or suitable experience
- CIPP/E/AIGP or similar certifications (bonus)
- 4+ years supporting data privacy activities
- Experience within an international organisation (preferred)
- Exposure to AI & Information Security
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Methodical and thorough approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
- Professional proficiency in German
Tasks
- Assist Business Units in client assessments, implementation, and risk identification
- Participate in meetings with internal project teams and work councils
- Handle data subject rights requests and data breaches
- Identify and improve processes for efficiency and user-friendliness
- Manage large-scale improvement projects with team support
- Support Global Data Regulation Programme implementation and maintenance
- Update processing records and review vendors, systems, and projects
- Address ad-hoc data regulation concerns
- Partner with Process Owners for personal data processing compliance
- Assist with annual audits as documented in the annual wheel
