Requirements
- •University degree in legal, law, business administration, MCIPS, CIPS, or relevant experience
- •Experience in Category or Commodity Management for Indirect Procurement
- •Solid experience in Indirect Procurement with preference for fleet management
- •Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- •Entrepreneurial and continuous-improvement mindset
- •Experience in procurement suites (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement
- •Strong English communication skills; German language advantageous

- •Develop and manage the global Fleet Management commodity
- •Align business needs with commodity and sustainability strategies
- •Implement and improve the Fleet Management strategy
- •Design a global Fleet Policy in collaboration with stakeholders
- •Negotiate contracting strategies and framework agreements
- •Lead e-auction events for the commodity
- •Report on commodity strategy, market trends, and supply chain risks
- •Manage supplier prequalification, selection, and development
- •Contribute to the Global Commodity Team's development and improvement initiatives
