- Achieve procurement targets for the category, including total sourcing costs
- Define and execute category strategies
- Implement strategic sourcing, VAT, design-to-cost, and TCO projects
- Manage supplier phases, including evaluation, classification, and development
- Conduct procurement market research and introduce supplier innovations
- Manage material and supplier risks
- Negotiate and award contracts with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, guidelines, and laws
- Maintain focus on Master Data and documentation
