  • •Solid Medical Affairs experience in Hematology or Oncology
  • •Proven experience in Medical Affairs in pharma/biotech
  • •Experience in scientific communications, publications, advisory boards, and congress activities
  • •Experience on product launches in Hematology or Oncology
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • •Ability to work within global, cross-functional teams
  • •High scientific integrity, regulatory awareness, and compliance mindset
