Requirements

• •Degree in Business Economics, Informatics, or IT
• •Master’s degree preferred
• •Fluent English and additional languages beneficial
• •Expertise in SAP SD, FI, and MM
• •Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• •Experience in commercial or finance functions
• •Business process management experience
• •Service operations experience
• •Project support experience
• •International and intercultural work experience
• •Analytical skills and problem solving mindset

Tasks

• •Lead the automation of back-office solutions
• •Implement end-to-end strategies with product teams
• •Integrate digital product environments with back-office systems
• •Provide expert level 3 operational support
• •Transfer process knowledge to key stakeholders
• •Define process guardrails focused on customer experience
• •Drive continuous improvement and system harmonization
• •Manage stakeholders across global and local domains
• •Monitor process adoption using metrics and KPIs
• •Maintain updated process documentation and SOPs
• •Lead global programs and strategic roadmap realization
• •Coach colleagues in agile ways of working
• •Safeguard revenue continuity and financial compliance
• •Partner with supply chain coordinators on troubleshooting
