You manage various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in financial reporting while overseeing fixed assets and supporting audits.

Requirements

• •Studies in Tax or Accounting
• •Completed professional education in taxation
• •Strong knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• •Strong knowledge of taxes, particularly VAT
• •Good analytical and IT skills
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• •Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •High level of integrity and professionalism
• •German (fluent)
• •English (C1 level)
• •Occasional travel required (Driver’s license class B)
• •Reports directly to the Head of Accounting and Tax
• •No personnel responsibility

Tasks

• •Process and reconcile customer payments
• •Ensure accurate bank reconciliation and posting
• •Manage accounting for fixed assets
• •Maintain accurate fixed asset records
• •Prepare and post journal entries
• •Ensure compliance with HGB and IFRS
• •Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• •Keep financial records accurate and up to date
• •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
• •Prepare and file financial reports for authorities
• •Implement and maintain internal controls
• •Safeguard assets and prevent fraud
• •Assist with internal and external audits
• •Provide documentation and support as needed
