Tasks
- Ensure continuity of GIS operations
- Guarantee reliable software deployments and data flows
- Maintain Agile coordination across GIS projects
- Coordinate requirements for GIS integration program
- Support configuration of geospatial data applications
- Provide GIS data management and administration
- Interact with ArcGIS Enterprise and web services
- Manage GIS to Dynamics 365/Dataverse integration
- Implement ArcGIS Webhooks, Power Automate/REST APIs
- Facilitate sprint planning and capacity management
- Facilitate scrum processes
- Assess functional needs and coordinate products
- Facilitate multi-environment deployment during sprints
- Diagnose and resolve incidents during sprints
- Provide quality assurance for sprints
- Write test cases for sprints
- Perform technical validation during sprints
- Support project meetings to refine needs
- Detect and anticipate GIS technical requirements
- Provide GIS technical support for decision-making
- Support local GIS experts to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize business value
- Clarify project requirements with the team
- Author and refine user stories
- Provide GIS support through consulting
- Provide GIS support through web services
- Support GIS system administration with the Central team
- Troubleshoot GIS systems with the Central team
