- Adherence to institutional assessment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students in on-campus setting
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and classroom technology (plus)
- Experience teaching international students
- Experience preparing for TELC/TestDaF/Goethe exams
- English proficiency
Tasks
- Teach German language courses on-campus (A1-C2).
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans.
- Create engaging learning experiences.
- Prepare exams, quizzes, and assessments.
- Administer exams and quizzes.
- Mark assignments, exams, and projects accurately.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Conduct assessments to track progress.
- Foster a motivating, inclusive, and engaging classroom.
- Incorporate cultural knowledge into lessons.
- Incorporate real-life communication into lessons.
- Support extracurricular language initiatives.
- Support campus workshops and student activities.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Participate in faculty meetings.
- Participate in curriculum development.
- Contribute to student retention and progression.
- Contribute to student integration through language support.
- Guide students to language mastery.
