You manage financial reporting and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting the integration of new companies and participating in optimization projects.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business Administration
• •CPA certification or equivalent training
• •Several years of professional accounting experience
• •Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law
• •Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• •Excellent written and spoken German skills
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills
• •Structured and detail-oriented approach
• •Proactive mindset in fast-paced environment

Tasks

• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• •Determine and document provisions and accruals.
• •Document inventory accounts, receivables, and liabilities.
• •Post and maintain loans and lease agreements.
• •Serve as contact for accounts receivable and payable.
• •Post and reconcile wage and salary accounts.
• •Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• •Conduct intercompany reconciliations.
• •Prepare and report period results to the parent company.
• •Analyze and document closing entries per internal controls.
• •Integrate new companies into closing processes.
• •Participate in cross-functional optimization projects.
• •Prepare sales tax returns and summary reports.
