Tasks
- Manage customer relationships from a services perspective

- Follow up on account plans in line with customer and team goals
- Identify sales opportunities
- Create solution and fact-based value proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Drive growth of profitable service contracts
- Understand internal interfaces of a global company
- Support resolution of technical issues
- Manage communication with customers
- Integrate into the services sales team
