- Break down architectures into functional, specification, and product trees
- Define and manage requirements and interfaces
- Support technical trade-offs with cross-functional teams
- Support commercial and program teams in proposal writing and negotiation
- Perform system-level trade-offs and technical investigations
- Define system-level requirements
- Ensure consistency of lower-level requirements
- Define the functional breakdown of the system
- Contribute to the development plan
- Coordinate technical tasks of specialist engineers
- Ensure links between schedule and tasks
- Contribute to co-engineering sessions with external partners
- Set up agendas for co-engineering sessions
- Coordinate priorities in co-engineering sessions
- Take decisions in co-engineering sessions
- Take minutes of meetings (MoM) in co-engineering sessions
- Track actions from co-engineering sessions
- Create and maintain technical budgets (mass, power, etc.)
