Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • •Initial experience in Asset Management industry
  • •Experience in fund operations, asset management operations, or custody services for target funds
  • •Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement skills
  • •Ability to handle larger cross country operational implementation projects
  • •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bloomberg and Microsoft Power BI

  • •Participate in strategic and operational projects to enhance service delivery
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth implementation of process changes
  • •Contribute to risk assessment and documentation updates for operational improvements

  • •Perform eligibility checks and support new product initiatives
  • •Drive automation and optimize processes for increased efficiency
  • •Support onboarding and documentation for new distributors and clients
  • •Prepare and distribute fund-related documents accurately and on time
