- •Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, or IFRS
- •Commercial education or professional accounting qualification
- •Structured, solution-oriented style and analytical skills
- •Very good MS Office and Excel skills
- •Excellent command of English
- •Strong communication, teamwork, and independence

- •Perform daily accounting for closed-end funds
- •Maintain investment and general ledger accounts
- •Book capital calls and distributions
- •Record management fees and fund expenses
- •Manage accounts payable
- •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- •Execute month-end closes and account reconciliations
- •Perform variance analyses on balance sheet accounts
- •Review transaction documentation and overview sheets
- •Maintain organized documentation for accounting activities
- •Research and resolve discrepancies independently
- •Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting
- •Improve and automate existing accounting processes
