Requirements
- •Degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable
- •Practical experience in testing and validation
- •Experience in AIT / EGSE environment
- •Comfort working hands-on and digitally
- •Basic programming or scripting skills
- •Structured, analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- •Strong English communication; German is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree
Tasks
- •Prepare and execute subsystem tests
- •Set up EGSE and test equipment
- •Configure tools and test setups
- •Perform hands-on hardware testing
- •Monitor complex hardware during campaigns
- •Develop and update test procedures
- •Create validation steps
- •Analyze results and investigate root causes
- •Document activities per quality standards
- •Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
